Returns&Refund

Dear GownTown Customer we want you to be delighted with your purchase however if you're not entirely satisfied we're here to help!

Make sure contact us at info@gowntownvintage.com before sending your order back to us. We aren't able to process return and refund to you unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team.

Cancellation

Your order can be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced.  If shipped out , pls understand that the order could not be cancelled. 

Returns

GownTown  is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery.This applies to any item on the site including sale items. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.

Your item needs to have the associated sales invoice or proof of purchase. 

Return Shipping Fee

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned or exchanged to us.
The returns will be made at your own cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If you are exchanging items,the return cost also will be made at your own cost,and we will bear the cost when we resends a new item to you.
If the return is due to our reasons, (i.e. defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product), then we will bear the shipping fee.

Refunds

Once receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Your refund will be credited to your credit card (or original method of payment).

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or damaged.

This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations, further details of which are avaliable from the local trading standards department or citizens advice bureau.
